Lansdowne Patient Group

‘The Lansdowne Patient Group’

A Virtual Patient Participation Group

The purpose of this group of patients is to advise the surgery from the patient perspective and to provide insight into the responsiveness and quality of the services that we provide. To ensure that we receive feedback from the cross section of patients that we serve we would like to invite all patients to join.  Anyone who is registered at the surgery is welcome to sign up.

Your commitment would be to respond via email, or post, 4 times a year to a 10 question survey.  There would be no meetings to attend.

If you would like to be involved or would like to find out more about the group, please contact the group’s administrator on:  lansdowne.ppg@nhs.net

(If you don’t have an email address, please leave a message at the surgery’s reception and the group’s administrator will return your call.  Surveys can be sent via post as well as by email.)
