Improved access appointments now available - see News section for more details.

  • Due to a change in personal circumstances we are sadly losing a valued member of our reception team.

However this means we have an exciting opportunity for someone new to join our established reception team. This could be a single post of 34 hours or we would consider a job share of 37 hours if the right two candidates came along.    Working hours vary between 7.45 and 6.30 pm.

Contact surgery for application pack. Applicants will be asked to collect from surgery or this can be emailed on request.
Surgery will accept completed application form together with a current CV.

Travel Vaccinations

global air travel

If you are travelling abroad for pleasure or business you may require travel health advice and/or vaccinations.

Please complete the Travel Health Questionnaire below at least SIX weeks prior to travel, and return it to the surgery.

Allow one week for it to be processed by the travel nurses. You must contact the surgery after this time and you will be invited to make an appointment, or told the outcome of the assessment over the telephone.

The travel nurse will assess your completed travel questionnaire, the duration of your travel and previous vaccination record alongside the latest advice for your destination.

Should you require vaccinations an appointment will be offered. Should you only require advice this can be offered by telephone.

Vaccinations must be given at least TWO weeks prior to departure.

Some vaccinations must be ordered. Some vaccinations are provided as part of the NHS service and others will incur a charge.

If you have less than 6 weeks prior to travel you may be advised to seek advice and assessment from an alternative source, such as NOMAD TRAVEL CLINIC or MASTA TRAVEL CLINIC.
